One of our players' bases was causing crashes when you'd enter their area. We tried the Region Fixer you guys provide and nothing came up. Then we found this post from two years ago: https://hub.spigotmc.org/jira/browse/SPIGOT-58

So it seems that error from two years ago has reappeared.

We (hopefully) fixed this crash by writing a quick plugin that deletes horses on the ChunkLoadEvent. We had this running while we loaded into the area and it seemed to have fixed the crashes. 

If anything changes we'll update this but just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

This is a vanilla (or maybe plugin) bug where horses somehow get very high velocity, nothing to indicate its a spigot issue.
