 Description   

After creating custom Monster Spawners for Husks or Strays, they didn't works on version 1.11 and later. Small preview figure rotate inside spawner, correctly reacting on player in Required Player Range. All other custom spawners work normally (witches, wither skeletons, zombie pigmens, other...)

/setblock ~0 ~1 ~0 minecraft:mob_spawner 0 replace {SpawnData:{id:"minecraft:husk"}}

In vanilla minecraft all works fine.

Ok. It's vanilla bug since 1.11
Spawners of Husk and Stray works only in open air.
I create two totally new servers (vanilla and spigot) with all defaults. Make hollow cube of stone and place 4 spawners (2 husks and 2 strays) inside. Set time to night. Then create two hollows above 1 husk spawner and 1 stray spawner. Spawners with sky above spawn normally, other two not spawn anything.
In 1.10 spawners work identically.
Can you report bug to mojang or give me link to do it myself?

Cannot reproduce - husk spawns fine.
Maybe you have a plugin not updated to handle these new mobs in 1.11
