In 1.11 you can change the colors of map item, the black dots, exploration maps use it and don't work in spigot, and you can use {Decorations:[],display{MapColor:255}} NBT to set the dots color, and i think this can be added to MapMeta I add two images of ocen exploration map in singleplayer and spigot server |
