 Description   

SO!
My sister attempted to install spigot and did it in a weird way, so i'm trying to completely restart with my method (which has worked in the past,) but when we go to delete the folders and such we get an error.
I'm trying to install through another method cause my sister messed up but when we go to delete, it won't let us delete our "Spigot", "World", "World the end", and "World nether" inside the spigot folder we made on the desktop.
We have tried to go through manually and delete things but it just wont let us. It's probably an obvious solution but I don't know what to do, honestly. Please help!

Just stop the server. If you don't know how to stop processes in the background restart your computer.

If you're still unablte to delete the files, use the forums for assistance with antivirus programs or other programs that could lock your files.
