Whenever a player joins a other player getting a ghost of that player above their heads and about im being the only one im hearing that they have it at all 1.10 servers. In 1.9 those players where in the middle of the map now they are above their heads maybe its cause i use a 1.9 map on version 1.10 but i aint sure cause on my other server i made a new map and people now having any ghosts

Those look like spectator mode people. How do you cause this?

The most critical information in a bug report are the reproduction steps. If you cannot provide steps to reproduce your issue and noone else seems to have it, how do you expect anyone to find the bug?
Usually going to IRC is a good option since md5 for example seems to be on there all the time.
And asking on the forums is really the best idea i guess.

Opening a clone is usually the worst thing you can do...

The problem is if i load the server without any plugin is still have the same fcking issue so dont tell me that its a plugin causing this problem

You do realise, that
a) this is probably a plugin issue (as stated in the last issue you opened), so it's something that noone here can solve! You will have to investigate which plugin is causing this by deactivating them one at a time.
b) Opening another issue for something that has already been answered will most likely result in one or more of the following:

• devs getting annoyed
• devs ignoring you
• devs banning you

There is a simple rule: Never anger the devs. If you need help with your plugins go to the appropriate place: Plugin author/forums/IRC.

Still having the same issue killing people didnt help at all please fix this this is since im running 1.10 this is annoying my players alot
