Environment:

Multi-core, 2GBs RAM, VPS running Ubuntu 14.04LTS and Java8(update 61).

Description

Loaded Spigot in a test environment with no plugins. Then loaded Spigot again with ONE of several different games plugins that have "join signs". Anytime the plugin updates the sign the sign will go blank and have no functionality.
