If I try to get my own skull, everytime I only get the standard skeleton head. Tried with /give @p skull 1 3 {SkullOwner:"Tomcatchriss"}and with worldedit //set skull|Tomcatchriss |

Cannot reproduce. You should narrow this down by removing plugins and/or Bungee and also filling in a complete ticket including version.. |
