 Description   

As of the latest update patching the major buffer overflow vulnerability, setting the

 moved-wrongly-threshold 

value in spigot.yml to any value above

0.7

or so will cause all players to be unable to move or look around. Setting the value to

0.6

is the maximum value that allows default behavior without "glitching" on the edges of blocks.
