Players don't teleport on disconnect on 1.9. In 1.8 the bug is not existant, but in 1.9 I can't seem to teleport on disconnect. |

I can also confirm that teleporting players that disconnected doesn't have any effect. Retested on git-Spigot-944aa20-8cb1b36 and an older earlier version. |
