 Description   

When giving yourself the glowing effect (using a plugin or the effect command) the effect seems to flicker a bit

This does not occur in single player (even with open to lan), notchian multiplayer is untested

ran a few more tests. This occurs on my local server and on a remote server, so its not ping related.
Memory and cpu should be no concern too, I have a pretty beasty pc
