It has only happened twice ever. It happened the first week of 1.9, and then again just now. I update Spigot pretty much daily. I get lag spikes due to syncChunkLoad, and then this entity tracking error (Error: This entity is already being tracked!). I'm not sure if either of these would cause a massive crash like that though. |

If this error happens all the time I would try to remove all of you plugins and see if it still crashes. Also you are running a outdated version of spigot. I would try updating and also checking. |
