 Description

My players were able to execute this command until I updated to 1.8. Now they get a "you don't have permission" type of error when they try to execute it. I have the same problem when I /deop myself.

It's a Vanilla command which, according to the Official wiki, is available to all players (see http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Commands).

Confirmed. Will look into this.

Edit:

All vanilla commands require a permission node to use:
minecraft.command.<name>

So in this case
minecraft.command.me

This seems intentional, so not a bug.

Edit2:
Looking into default permissions atm.

Edit3: Fixed now. Permission defaults have been added.
