 Description

ArmorStand doesn't have main/offhand methods currently.
I'm pretty sure that armor stands can dual wield too now.

Player#getItemInHand(); < Deprecated
ArmorStand#getItemInHand(); < not deprecated

No it's not.

Player.getInventory().setItemInMainHand();
Player.getInventory().setItemInOffhand();

The one in Player is deprecated though.

Nope, Player works the same way

Comment by Jos Roossien [ 02/Mar/16 ]

Yeah I figured that out too, but shouldn't the other method be deprecated then?
Or just add the missing methods?
Kinda inconsistent having offhand and mainhand methods for everything but not armor stands.

Use getEquipment().setXXXX

Yeah they always had a hand slot

Could armorstands even hold stuff before? I thought they only wore armor
