 Description   

My server has 20 Gb of Ram and yesterday it crashed out of memory.

P.s: Today it is doing the same thing with 25 Gb of Ram

I can't start my server with only 8 gb of ram beacause it has about 100 player and I can't afford to make it lag and then crash, really sorry.

But I have some news.
Today I started with a jar built on 2 September and no memory leaks are happening...

OK I will try in the next few days.
In any case my problem started happening from 12 September when I updated spigot.

I bet you have a bugged plugin.
Allocate 8gb of ram and use -XX:+HeapDumpOnOutOfMemoryError

When it crashes, send heap dump

We develop on computers with 16gb of ram or less, you dump can't really be larger than 12gb uncompressed.
If you want this to be looked into please post a dump with your server using much less ram.
Even with 300+ players Spigot doesn't need so much ram.

I can't do that but i can put it (it's about 12 GB zipped) on my /var/ww/something so you can download it.

We can look at a heap dump (bets on plugin), but you would need to only run your server with ~8gb of ram (and compress it before uploading!)

Maybe you disabled your chunk gc. Could you link your bukkit.yml?
