Description

If you run a vanilla server (not spigot) and enter /fill (TAB) (TAB) (TAB)

It will start to enter the coords your looking at as expected.

How ever running spigot, it does not. Only enters zeros

Coords are entered on both by pressing tab, vanilla actually works, spigot only enters zeros
