 Description   

This player "Homework2" logged in with his UUID "273129a4-b4de-3bae-8d7b-0f7e01a1ad6e" And when him was kicked for flying from the server, Essentials replaced his UUID with the UUID of an administrator of the server. i think that PermissionsEx is collegated with this bug http://pastebin.com/cqQ6pe1W

  1. Is your server a cracked one (offline mode)
  2. He might have a uuid changer
