 Description   

When i startup my server i don't get an error but 'I don't have enough permissions'.
But i do have enough permissions and I don't understand why pex says that i have not... here is my permissions.yml file: http://pastebin.com/QBVFHhRZ
can anyone explain my why it doesn't work?

Depends from plugin to plugin.
What plugin permission are you talking about?
