Description

I cannot install any of the programms above.

Spigot:

- - Error, this build is outdated ***
  - Please download a new build as per instructions from https://www.spigotmc.org/go/outdated-spigot ***
  - Server will start in 20 seconds ***

However, the server does not start after 20 seconds. It says "Agree to the Eula", but there is no Eula-file in the directory. No, the name/path doesn't contain special characters. The exact output is in the spigot-error.txt.

Craftbukkit:

Same error.

BuildTools:

I tried the guide in the wiki, but it gives me the error:

I tried the suggested command below

$ java -jar BuildTools.jar BuildTools requires at least 512M of memory to run (1024M recommended), but has only detected 247M. This can often occur if you are running a 32-bit system, or one with low RAM. Please re-run BuildTools with manually specified memory, e.g: java -Xmx1024M -jar BuildTools.jar

I tried the given command (java -Xmx1024M -jar BuildTools.jar), but the error stays the same. I also tried every variation of that command I could find on here, but nothing works.

The only thing that changed is with the command:

java -Xmx1024M -jar BuildTools.jar -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M

You can see the output in Buildtools-error.txt.

I don't know what to change or what to do. Please help.

P.S. I don't know the version I am supposed to enter above, as /version does not work for me.

1) For BuildTools, java -Xmx1024M -jar BuildTools.jar is the correct comment. Nothing after the .jar
2) You are running your server in C:\server but your user cannot write to that folder. This is a system permissions issue.
