 Description

I don't have a global git config in order to not accidentally push with wrong user info in new repos.

BuildTools was very happy to make one for me, and made sure that I identified as BuildTools, unconfigured@null.spigotmc.org for all new projects.

Why would it mess with the global config? It should create a git config for its own repo if it can't find a global config.
