Minecraft Spigot 1.13 on a gameserver at Nitrado

Version: 1.13-Ro.1-SNAPSHOT

 Description   

I created my Spigot 1.13 Server. Everything works until the server shut down without that i made it. And when he was restartet all the changes from last 20 Minutes was undoed.
Also when i stop the Server over the Stop Server Button from Nitrado it seems like it doesnt save the Wrld before he stop it.

What can i do? I tried /save-on, but it said that alkready on.
