 Description   

I tried to build the latest spigot version like I did hundred times before, but BuildTools gave me an error. As far as I understand it, the "net.md_5.bungee.api" is somehow missing.

Also I encountered the same problem when I'm trying to build a plugin with maven which depends on this same package.

Remove your .m2 directory and disable any antivirus you may have
