I'm doing every single step on BuildTools wiki and It always end up with this error...

It should say Success! But I get this every time and Don't get spigot.jar and craftbukkit.jar files. – Please help me.

I'm using up to date java and i haven't defined m2_home as an environment variable

Make sure you are using an up to date java and haven't defined m2_home as an environment variable
