Looks like NetBeans is expecting the javadocs to match the name of the jar, so it isn't importing them. |

Also, the Maven repo is being odd, I can't get anything out of it. |

I have no idea what exactly netbeans is looking for, but the recommended way to do this is to use the maven repository and then right click -> download javadoc. Also the javadocs are for 1.8.8 but you are using 1.8 |
