Freshly created Spigot server created using the guide shown here https://www.spigotmc.org/threads/buildtools-updates-information.42865/, and obtaining my server files by couble clicking spigot-1.8.7.jar

 Description   

I had created my Spigot server for private use, but I found I cannot access a console in any way. I have attempted to execute every .jar file in my server folder, to no avail. My server is online, and I am currently connected using localhost, and I am hosting it on my computer. I do not know what to do, or how to fix it. I am not opped, and I have found no way to even turn off the server, much less OP me.

Hi,
Your issue is a basic computer usage problem.
On windows you need to run the jar from a command window.
On Linux you need to use a screen session or tmux session.

If you don't know what these things are please use google and research it. These are very basic computer administration things.
