No i mean the output file generated by the BuildTools.jar but I didn't use spigot for the past serval months so i don't know if there is a way already

Try this command in Git.

curl -o (filename).jar https://hub.spigotmc.org/jenkins/job/BuildTools/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/target/BuildTools.jar
