Capital vs lowercase commands not working

      Previously, commands that include Capitalized letters would work the same as their lowercase counterparts.
      (e.g. /Claim or /claim would work the same; /Home or /home (same); /Version or /version; etc)

      Since 1.19.2, /Commands no longer seem to function forcing player habits to change to /commands
