Except for some striders and two piglins i couldnt find any other Mobs in the nether. Blazes from spawners do spawn.. With a vanilla Server.jar there are tons of Piglins etc. everywhere.

I tried to increase the mob spawnrate from 6 to 10 but this doesnt change anything.
