Many of server admin like me not have access to the console arguments so i need to download all the map in my computer and make the .bat with --forceUpgrade all time we have a new MC version so and after all reupload the map again.

Its possible please to make this option in spigot.yml file?

We set forceupgrade to true in spigot.yml, start the server and the forceupgrade work after that the option is set automatically to false in the spigot.yml file
