I am able to place tripwire hooks even when blanket cancelling BlockPlaceEvent. This is not observed using the same configuration, plugins, and environment on other server .jars. This also does not happen on --rev 1.15.1.
Potentially bad for protected areas on some servers as this seems not only to allow the placement, but it is not logged in common logging plugins.
Currently also bypassing PlotSquared and WorldGuard protections as far as I can tell.
Unknown if other blocks are included in this issue.
