Item names not translated in /minecraft:enchant command output

      When trying to run the vanilla /enchant command on an unsupported item, the output message is in vanilla is commands.enchant.failed.incompatible. It mentions the item ID of the item held in hand and says "%s cannot support that enchantment". On Spigot the item ID is  not translated, it's displayed in the original EN/US version.

      This bug is related to a vanilla command but it's not present in vanilla, only on Spigot.
