Item frame issue

      Windows 10 Education x64, JRE 8, craftbukkit 1.10

      I have built the 1.10 version of craftbukkit and most(about 90%) of my item frames got destroyed (not displayed, no items on the ground). Also, placing new item frames made the game behave weirdly(could place a block onto the frame and it wouldn't destroy it).

      I attached a picture showing a small piece of an otherwise pretty long server warning list.

          also having this issue but on spigot which is fork of craftbukkit
          can also confirm that it is also occuring with paintings
