Can't join own Server because of a error

      I created a new Minecraft Spigot Server everything is set up and ready but when I am trying to join it I can't talk in chat and after a few seconds it says Internal Exception: java.io.Ioexception: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the host
      I don't know what to do I am out of idea's other people can join the Server Localhost doesn't work nothing Please help my with this issue fast as possible because I want to Join my Server!

          I suggest you start by 1) updating, 2) reproducing with no plugins.

          Yeah I know SpigotMCStash but I always could join the Server and now It's just glitching I am having this only on my Servers (I 've got 2 Servers and both are having the same problem)
